Patrick Moore Opticians is based in the Ashleaf Shopping Centre near Crumlin Village. The shopping centre has a wide variety of shops including a large Dunnes Stores. There is a large underground car park when you can avail of 2 hours free parking.

We have been open since 2003 and are a family run practice. We pride ourselves on our reputation for delivering top class eye examinations with the most modern equipment available. The practice owner, Patrick, qualified as an optometrist in 1994 when he was awarded the Association of Optometrist’s Gold Medal for that year. We have over 20,000 patients and are happy to see medical card patients, PRSI patients and private patients. Our trained staff will advise you if you wish to claim optical benefit on either the medical card or PRSI schemes. We are happy to examine children and have many special and fun tests to make their eye exam more enjoyable.
